| Is anybody here knows About to use connect Linksys wireless G 2.4Router | | Last time I was using my Router g 2.4 Linksys, but after I got to put off my computer. The next day i cannot connect to internet. I did call my service provider and check that it's not their modem, so it was the router linksys. As of now I using it direct my modem to computer, I can't use my Linksys anymore. I did this process of procedure on how to connect but no luck? Anyone have some suggestion on how to connect Lynsys router to my computer? | |
| | I have a linksys wireless USB adapter that I'm trying to get to work | | I have tried to install it with the plug and play. I've tried by installing the CD. When I install it with the CD, on the tray, the wireless icon is gray and is disabled. the wireless router is working because everyone else in this house is wireless. So here is my situation: I am getting the internet from my USB. According to the people who sold me this, the ethernet port doesn't work. I have an A20m IBM laptop. One thing that I did not try is installing the CD for the router. And I have windows 2000.
Can someone give me step-by-step instructions on how to make this work? | |

| Wireless Linksys router WRT55AG wacked out. | | I have a wireless router that is just going out on me (I think). Here is the scenerio of what's happening. When I plug the power in to the unit it all lighs up blinking like it's transfering data. But after lets say 10-30 sec the whole led lights just goes black for a second then the whole thing flashed green led comes on all at once then it goes back to blinking again. And the whole cycle starts all over again.To me it seems like the router just does it's on power down and reset the unit on its own. Here is what I've done so far:I've upgrade the firmware,
I've hard reset the unit,
I've try different power strip,Nothing seems to work, does any one have a suggestions? This could be in it's last leg. I think I will need to go out and just get a new one. | |
